Summer Weekly Schedules

Weekly Summer Camp Themes

June 7 – 11 Down on the Farm
Welcome Farmers! This week we are exploring animals, crops and farm life. We’ll learn about how things grow and get hands-on experience with animals when the Petting Zoo comes.

June 14 – 18 Dinosaurs Roar!
Climbing mountains of dirt in search of dinosaurs, digging for bones in the sand and discovering all the different kinds of dinosaurs make this week a “roaring” good time. Our archeologists will learn fun characteristics about dinosaurs, go on a dinosaur dig and make fossils.

June 21 – 25 Under the Sea
Ocean, sand, sun and sea life make a real splash with kids. We will learn about everything from fish and octopus to seashells and whales. Prepare for some wet and wild fun!

June 28 – July 2 Wild, Wild, West
Howdy Partners! Travel back in time to the Wild West and learn how to ride a Pony Express route like cowboys and pan for gold as a real prospector! We’ll also make butter, toys and other “modern” things in a down right, old fashioned way. Grab your chaps and saddle bags as we explore the Wild West.

July 12 – July 16 Superheroes
Join us for super hero training at this week’s camp.  We’ll choose a superhero name, make a super cape and costume, and learn about all things super!

July 19 – July 23 Author Eric Carle
Get busy during this creative camp in the wonderful world of Eric Carle, author of favorites such as The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Brown Bear, Brown Bear and Polar Bear, Polar Bear. These books will come to life through art, music, movement, stories, cooking and games.

July 26 – July 30 Bugs & Butterflies
Can you be as quiet as a mantis? Would you like to learn how to spin like a spider and squirm like a worm? We’ll head out on a centipede safari, search for butterflies and practice sneaking up on the shyest of animals to see how they spend their summer days.

Each week is jam packed with fun activities such as:
Story Time, Water Activities, Music & Movement, Sensory Play, Arts & Crafts, Sports & Games
