General Information
The Weekday Preschool Program is a Christian outreach ministry of Lakeside Presbyterian Church for young children and their families.
Total enrollment capacity is 120 children with no more than 60 children present on any given day.
The pupil/teacher ratio is 6 to 2 in the Toddlers Morning Out and 10 to 2 in all other programs.
Parents play a very important role in the weekday programs. Parents are encouraged to visit and participate in everyday as well special activities. Siblings and extended family are invited to participate in special activities held during the year.
No food service is provided. Parents are responsible for sending a healthy snack with their child each day that they attend and a well-balanced lunch if they stay for PM Extended hours or attend the summer session.
All weekday programs meet the annual requirements for Religious Exemption as set by the Virginia Department of Social Services and are insured by Church Mutual Insurance Company.
