General Enrollment Information
Important General Information About Enrollment
*No fee is due with the Intent Form, but no space will be held without a form
*Enrollment Packets will be sent home the first week of May to those parents who have returned an Intent form.
*Enrollment Applications with the appropriate, non-refundable enrollment fee are due back no later than May 15, 2012. Spaces will not be held after May 15, 2012 without the enrollment form and fee.
*A $100.00 per child, non-refundable enrollment fee is due in full with each Enrollment Application
*All program tuitions are given as the annual amount with a choice of three payment options on the Enrollment Application:
1. one full payment due August 15
2. two semi-annual payments due August 15 and January 15
3. ten (school year) or twelve (full year) payments due the 15th of the month starting in August and ending in May/July
*Enrollment in the Happy Hive Child Care program is available only to children enrolled in the Playgroup, Preschool and Pre-K programs.
*The Toddlers Morning Out program will only be available for 3 days (MWF) or 5 days.
*Full year enrollment will be available for 5 days and only for Playgroup, Preschool and Pre-K.
*Parents will be responsible for paying a:
-- $10 late fee with each payment received after the 15th.
-- $25 returned check fee with the replacement payment.
-- paying with cash or money order only after the 2nd returned check.
