1. Why are you starting a full time daycare?
We are very excited about this enhancement to our Extended Hours Program. We believe we have once again made adjustments to our program in response to the needs of parents in an effort to make our program more accessible especially for families who want to send their child to our Preschool, but need year round childcare in order to do that.
2. What are The Happy Hive Hours?
The earliest drop off will be 7:30am. The latest pick up time will be 6:00pm. Children enrolled may be dropped off or picked up at any time during those hours.
3. How much does it cost?
Cost differs for each program. To see a complete fee chart for the child care program, please click here. This cost includes the preschool tuition as well as the child care program for 52 weeks.
4. Where will the Happy Hive be located?
The Happy Hive classroom will be in the current Extended Hours Classroom, downstairs next to the Fellowship Hall.
5. What days will you be closed?
Our Child Care program will operate all year, with a handful of holiday closings. The complete list is available here.
6. What if I am not interested in signing up for Child Care?
We understand that not all children registered for the preschool need all day/ year round child care. For those parents, occasional use will be available provided there is an opening on the day requested. Advance notice is required and full payment at $7/hr is due on that day used. Families not interested will continue to pay their child’s program tuition as indicated on their 2011-12 Enrollment Application and will be able to enroll in the 2012 Summer Adventure Camps by the week.
