Summer Session Five Recap - Superheroes!

Summer Session - Week Five: July 12 - 16, 2010

We hope everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July! Now that we are back in session, we are crawling with Superheroes!

This week, the kids made superhero masks, Spiderman figures, and TMNT door hangers (which is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for those not in the know). We will be revealing their secret identities today by issuing Superhero ID cards. Look for your child to come home adorned in their cape, ready to fight injustices around the house.

For our returning campers, remember to keep sending those camp t-shirts back in on Fridays. Each week we stamp the shirt with a special symbol of the week’s activities. Those shirts are getting crowded now!

We look forward to seeing you all next week, when we spend a whole week celebrating children’s author Eric Carle with some Hungry Caterpillars, Brown Bears and Polar Bears.
