2010-2011 Information: Enrollment Intent Forms for Currently Enrolled Families
Check your child’s folder for your form after their first day back the week of January 4th. It is due back no later than Wednesday, January 13. No deposit is required at this time and you are under no obligation to enroll if your plans change. This form will reserve a space in the program of your choice until Enrollment Packets are sent home the 1st week of May. Please include siblings who will be enrolling for the first time on your form.
In order to be prepared for the Open House on January 18th with information for new families about how many openings will be available in each program for 2010-2011, it is very important that you complete and return your form no later than the due date. The only way to reserve a space is to return this form. No space will be held after January 13th without this form. If you have any questions please talk with Mrs. Amrhein.
